How wet will we get on the tour?
Our boats splash down into the harbor. More than likely you will not get wet. Depending on the direction of the wind there may be a light mist from the splash down but you will not get soaked. On rainy days you will get wet due to the open air nature of the vehicle. Please dress appropriately.

Discover the landmarks around Historic Boston and Boston Harbor on this 70-minute tour. At the water's edge, we will "splashdown" in the water for our water journey. Some sites or points of interest may not be seen in case of community events, construction, or activities that require route changes and alterations. CityView Duck Tours reserves the right to change, alter, cancel routes for weather, traffic, special events related reasons.

Are the vehicles air conditioned and heated?
The vehicles are not heated. These are open-air vehicles. We suggest dressing for the weather, as it can be windy and cooler on the water.

What happens during severe weather?
We run daily rain or shine unless otherwise decided by the management and local authorities. If there is inclement weather or severe weather watches, we may be forced to cancel the land or water portion or the entire tour. If we are unable to provide the water portion of the tour, guests will do the land portion of the tour for half of the ticket price. If we are forced to cancel the entire tour, guests will receive a full refund. Cancellations are done at the discretion of the dispatcher based on the current weather conditions at the time of the tour.
